Haxor Inc., doing business as TestDriver.ai (“TestDriver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a Delaware C Corporation. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our website and services (the “Services”) available at https://testdriver.ai.
This Privacy Policy applies primarily to business customers (B2B) and their authorized users.
1. Scope and Audience
The Services are intended for use by businesses and their authorized personnel. The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Identity Information
We may collect the following information when you create or manage an account:
Name
Email address
Company name
Username
We do not collect passwords.
2.2 Usage, Telemetry, and Test Data (Cloud-Hosted Deployments)
For cloud-hosted deployments, we collect usage and telemetry data necessary to operate, debug, and improve the Services. This may include:
IP address and device information
Logs and stack traces
Session recordings (replays)
Screenshots and video recordings
Browser logs and network requests
Clicks and keystrokes generated during test execution
Test output and configuration data you choose to send
You are in control of what data is sent to us through your configuration and use of the Services.
We do not directly view or access your test script source code. However, we may store stack traces, logs, and test outputs generated during execution.
Tests executed via cloud-hosted deployments run on ephemeral virtual machines. These virtual machines are deleted when test execution completes. We use commercially reasonable measures to lock down these environments.
Test artifacts such as logs, screenshots, recordings, and replays are stored in our systems and may be deleted by you at any time through the dashboard.
3. Deployment Models and Data Handling
3.1 Cloud-Hosted Deployments
Test execution occurs on TestDriver-managed infrastructure.
We store test artifacts and telemetry as described above.
You may delete stored data at any time via the user interface.
3.2 Self-Hosted Deployments
Test execution occurs on infrastructure you manage (for example, your AWS or e2b account).
We do not have access to those machines or the data processed on them.
You supply your own AI provider keys.
While self-hosted deployments reduce our access to test execution environments, certain metadata (such as billing and account information) may still be processed by us.
3.3 Enterprise Deployments
You receive the full API and run the system entirely within your environment.
You use your own infrastructure and provider keys.
We do not receive, collect, or store test data, logs, screenshots, recordings, or telemetry.
The only integration with TestDriver is authentication (for example, Auth0).
Data from enterprise deployments is never used for model training.
If maximum privacy is required, enterprise deployment is the recommended option.
4. Access Controls, Replays, and Test Result Visibility
You are responsible for managing users and permissions within your account through the team management features in the TestDriver console.
By default:
Only users you explicitly invite can view test results, including logs, screenshots, videos, and session replays.
You may configure access controls to restrict or expand visibility within your organization.
You may optionally choose to make certain test results or replays public. If you do so, those results may be accessible to anyone with the corresponding link.
You can delete any test results, replays, or artifacts at any time through the dashboard.
TestDriver is not responsible for access, disclosure, or sharing of test results that occurs as a result of your configuration choices, user invitations, or public sharing settings.
5. How We Use Information
We process information for the performance of a contract, including:
Providing and operating the Services
Executing and debugging tests
Improving reliability, performance, and security
Customer support and billing
We do not sell personal data.
6. Model Improvement
We may use aggregated or de-identified data from cloud-hosted deployments to improve our models and Services.
Data from enterprise deployments is never used for model training.
7. Data Retention
Unless deleted by you, data is retained indefinitely to support debugging, auditing, and historical analysis.
You may delete test artifacts and account data at any time through the user interface or by contacting us.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data, including:
Encryption in transit
Encryption at rest
Access controls and least-privilege policies
No system is completely secure, but we take data protection seriously.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate the Services, including but not limited to:
AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Qwen, OpenRouter)
Infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, e2b)
Analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., PostHog, Google Analytics, Sentry)
Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data
Delete your data
Correct inaccurate data
You may exercise these rights through the user interface or by contacting us.
We do not sell personal information.
12. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
You use the Services in a test or non-production environment
You do not send real customer data, sensitive personal data, or regulated personal information
You properly manage user access and sharing settings
You comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
Please refer to our Terms of Service for additional requirements.
